The main aim of our practice is to gain understanding of the reality of being human. Starting most importantly with where we are now, how we got here and our potential as an evolutionary organism. When we use the word ‘understanding’ we don’t just mean an intellectual grasp of certain concepts, we mean a realization with the whole being, mind body, mentality spirit and emotion. This ‘realization’ has to be in stages and is dependent on the level of the individual. No one is better or worse than anyone else and each person has their own internal and external starting point.
At our sessions great emphasis is paid to actual practice and experience. Each practice given rise to questions which through guidance gives answers, then more questions etc.
The main tool of our practice is our own self learning and self observation on various, sometimes subtle, levels through the medium of:
- Zen meditation
- Chanting Kotodama sounds
- Kundalini (the evolutionary force of the Universe)
- Progressive practice of deep transcendental relaxation
It is suggested that us human beings should be in harmony with our environment and all the life forms we come into contact with be it other people, animals or plants etc. The truth is that far from being in harmony with others we are not even in harmony with ourselves!
